At Just Law, our attorneys have over 60 years of collective experience.
Their expertise enables us to provide services one would expect from
a larger firm. And yet, as a small firm, we are able to provide prompt,
cost-effective service. Our information systems and services enable
us to access and manage information quickly and efficiently.
Acting as the trustee on deed of trust foreclosures, we do all of
the foreclosure work at our Firm for one fee. Our Firm does not delegate
the function of trustee to a title company, thereby eliminating duplicate
fees to our clients. In cases where work moves to the next phase,
we also handle bankruptcy, eviction, deficiency judgment, and REO
closing within our Firm.
All our attorneys are licensed in the State of Idaho. Charles C. Just,
Esq., owner and managing attorney of the Firm, established Just Law
Office in 1990. As a respected authority on Idaho real estate law,
he actively oversees daily operations at the Firm. Kipp L. Manwaring,
Esq., directs real estate litigation matters and evictions. Steven
W. Boyce, Esq., manages bankruptcy matters for the Firm. Paula Peterson,
our office and process manager develops new business and fosters client-attorney
relationships.
Our division of legal responsibilities has allowed us to provide high-quality
and responsive legal services without a loss of personal involvement.
Especially on behalf of lenders and other creditors, our attorneys
are active and effective practitioners before the Bankruptcy Court
in a wide range of proceedings. We aggressively represent our clients’
legal interests while at the same time helping them achieve their
business objectives. Our attorneys not only maintain the minimum continuing
legal education requirements of Bar membership, but also attend mortgage
banking-related conferences and seminars to keep abreast of current
trends in the industry.
Since 1990 we have been a member of the USFN (www.usfn.org).
The USFN’s member law firms and trustee companies are committed
to high-quality legal services for the financial and mortgage banking
community. TECHNOLOGY
