CHARLES
C. JUST, ESQ.
University of Idaho (B.A.) 1972; University of Idaho (J.D.) 1975;
Phi Alpha Delta, Admitted to Idaho State Bar 1976, a member of American
Inns of Court, and the Bonneville County Bar Association, Vice-President
and General Manager of First American Title Company in Idaho Falls,
Idaho from 1975 through 1984. Practiced with the lawfirm Weinpel,
Woolf, Just, Combo & Davis from the years 1984 until 1990, when
he established Just Law, Inc. Mr. Just is a respected authority
on Idaho real estate law. In the twenty-nine years he has practiced
real estate law he has been an associate member of Idaho Mortgage
Bankers Association. He is listed in "Who's Who in Real Estate",
and is a contributing author to the Idaho Section of the National
Mortgage Servicers' Reference Directory. Mr. Just has an extensive
background in real estate development and historic real estate preservation,
having served as Chairman of the Idaho Falls Historical Preservation
Commission and President of the Downtown Development Corporation.
He is past President of the Idaho Land Title Association and has
been a member of the USFN, formerly the U.S. Foreclosure Network
since 1989. Mr. Just is founder of Just Law, Inc., and actively
manages overall production.

L. MANWARING, ESQ.
Brigham Young University (B.S.) 1983; University of Idaho (J.D.)
1987. Admitted to Idaho State Bar 1988. Member of the National Order
of Barristers; American Inns of Court; Idaho State Bar; and Seventh
District Bar Association. Past member and Chairman of the Idaho
State Bar Client Security Fund Committee; past member and Vice-Chair
of the Idaho Juvenile Justice Commission, past member and President
of the Idaho Prosecuting Attorneys Association. Past Member of the
National District Attorneys Association; member of the Idaho Supreme
Court Rules of Evidence Advisory Committee; and a recipient of the
Idaho State Bar Outstanding Service Award.
Mr. Manwaring was a law clerk for the Honorable Roger Swanstrom,
Idaho Court of Appeals; former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Bonneville
County; former General Partner in Brown & Manwaring; elected
Bonneville County Prosecuting Attorney 1996 to 2001. Principal officer
and owner of Manwaring Law Office, P.A. and Associate Counsel with
Just Law from 2001 to present.
STEVEN
W. BOYCE, ESQ.
Brigham Young University (B.A.) 1992; University of Idaho (J.D.)
1995; Licensed to Practice Law in Idaho and Utah. Member of American
Inns of Court. Member of the Idaho State Bar Commercial Law &
Bankruptcy and Real Property Sections. Member of the Idaho Falls
Bankruptcy Bar. Former Bonneville County Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecutor.
Member of the J. Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team, University
of Idaho College of Law. Past member of the National District Attorney’s
Association.
Mr. Boyce served as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Herndon,
Seventh District Administrative District Judge. He then joined the
Bonneville County Prosecutor’s Office and was appointed the
position of Chief Deputy Prosecutor. Mr. Boyce joined the firm in
April of 2003, and has focused primarily on real estate litigation
and bankruptcy. He practices in the areas of Creditor Bankruptcy,
Judicial Foreclosures, Collections, Real Property and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Boyce is an Idaho Falls native and speaks Spanish fluently.
